The Helium Company(He-2) is a Helium exploration asset holding and investment company to be incorporated for the purpose of pursuing the exploration and development of targeted USA Helium resources drawing from a portfolio of validated Helium exploration prospects.
With The Helium Company Inc.,(He-2USA) as its USA operating subsidiary, the group will comprise a highly skilled and experienced oil & gas technical and management team located in the targeted US Rockies Region, supported by an international executive comprising Oil & Gas project expertise along with international corporate, commercial and financial experience.
Our goal is to develop new sources of helium supply in North America, the world’s largest helium market, and the world to ensure that this vital element is available for science and industry in the coming decades.
